Principle

This is a purely static website. There are no user accounts, no comment function, no contact forms, no newsletters, no advertising networks and no analytics or tracking services. No data is passed to third parties and no profiles are created.

Server log files

When you open the site, the web server automatically collects information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

This data is technically necessary to deliver the site, ensure its stability and detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in operating the website securely.

Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days at the latest. This data is not combined with other sources.

Hosting

The website runs on a server provided by [IONOS SE Elgendorfer Str. 57 56410 Montabaur]. The provider processes the log data described above on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The server is located within the European Union.

Encryption

The connection to this website is encrypted throughout using TLS, indicated by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies and embeds no services that set cookies. A consent banner is therefore not required.

The parts list stores your progress in your browser's local storage so that ticked entries remain on your next visit. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to the server. It is stored solely to provide the function you requested and requires no consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG. You can clear it at any time using the reset button or your browser settings.

Fonts and external content

All fonts are served from this server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other external providers. The map is rendered entirely from local files; no third-party map tiles are loaded.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data held about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).

A message to admin@code-pilot96.com is sufficient to exercise these rights.
